In this phase, Smart Spatial Team ingests the BIM Model (REVIT, IFC etc.)  of a site and/or equipment, and creates a digital replica of the asset with high fidelity 3D materials. 
The asset is placed in a digital world accessible across desktop, mobile and VR with fully interactive navigation such as Fly mode, Walk mode, and one-click navigation to any pre-set views.

The Model is immediately accessible to Training staff to facilitate Virtual Tours, enable true-to life demos, and produce still and video collateral for education purposes.

During this phase, we collaborate closely with your training experts and subject matter authorities to identify your specific learning objectives and challenges. Based on your needs (e.g., Tiered Data Center Training, Failure Simulation, High-Risk Equipment procedures), we design detailed training scenarios. This involves defining interactive elements, decision points, feedback mechanisms, and the narrative flow for each simulation. We'll storyboard the entire learning journey, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your pedagogical goals and maximizes trainee engagement and retention.

Once scenarios are designed, our team implements them within the digital twin environment. This involves integrating specific training modules, interactive components, data overlays (e.g., for live vs. theoretical performance comparison), gamified elements, and assessment tools. We ensure seamless functionality and realistic interactions, transforming the static twin into a dynamic, hands-on training platform. We'll also integrate any necessary back-end systems for tracking progress, certifications, and analytics, providing a comprehensive training solution.
